The DMF-ZM right angle nut electromagnetic pulse valve is a double diaphragm fast pulse valve used in pulse bag dust removal equipment under low-pressure gas source pressure conditions. Under the control of the output signal from the pulse jet control instrument, the filter bags are blown and cleaned row by row to maintain the resistance of the dust collector within the set range, ensuring the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.
The electromagnetic pulse valve is a submerged pulse valve, which has the advantages of low energy consumption for dust cleaning, low investment, long service life of the diaphragm, and stable and reliable operation.
DMF-ZM Right Angle Nut Electromagnetic Pulse Valve Technical Specifications:
1. Gas source pressure: 0.2~0.8Mpa
2. Working (blowing) pressure: 0.3~0.6Mpa
3. Working medium: clean air or nitrogen
4. Voltage: AC220V, AC110V, DC24V
5. Adapt to environmental temperatures of -15~55 ℃
The inlet of the DMF-ZM right angle nut electromagnetic pulse valve is directly installed on the airbag, hence it is called a submerged pulse valve or a right angle pulse valve.
The significant feature of DMF-ZM right angle nut electromagnetic pulse valve is that the gas resistance inside the tube is low, which can be applied to low-pressure gas sources. Compared with high-pressure valves, it can reduce energy consumption and extend the service life of the diaphragm.
Structure and working principle of DMF-ZM right angle nut electromagnetic pulse valve:
1. Structure: The pulse valve consists of an electromagnetic valve, a small valve body, a large valve body, a small diaphragm, a spring, and a large diaphragm. The valve body material is alloy aluminum.
2. Working principle: The solenoid valve receives a signal from the controller, opens the piston rod, and the gas in chamber A is discharged into the atmosphere. The pressure in chamber A decreases, and the small diaphragm moves upward, opening chamber B. The gas in chamber B is discharged through the exhaust hole, and the pressure in chamber B decreases. The large diaphragm moves upward, opening the nozzle in the airbag. The gas in the airbag is instantly sprayed into the bag through the nozzle for dust cleaning. Afterwards, due to the closure of the solenoid valve exhaust port, the small diaphragm and large diaphragm move downward. At this time, the pressure in chambers A and B reaches equilibrium. Under the action of the spring, the large diaphragm presses the nozzle tightly, completing a pulse dust cleaning.
